Job Description

  • Monitor, Supervise and Guide the extensive Retail Teams-  QR Network, Agent Network. 
  • Regularly communicate with Province managers Area  Representatives and other team members regarding agent network planning, execution reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day activities.
  • Develop or assist with the development and implementation of plans and strategies consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.
  • Oversee and coordinate department marketing activities, including advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and/or special marketing events, as appropriate.
  • Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings
  • Present monthly reports  of QR, Agent, and SIM department to the Chief Marketing Officer and another management team
  • Track, monitor and optimize the performance of the retail team members and evolve key priorities in line with performance.
  • Identify growth and new business investment opportunities
  • Identify and address grievances within the team
  • Attend monthly financial reviews to present monthly results against targets set and to outline actions required to improve performance.
  • Monitor employee attendance and coordinate staff work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
