We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Retail Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent product availability across all outlets.
Manage and monitor overall retail operations.
Lead, train, and guide retail teams to enhance performance.
Ensure brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations and timely supply.
Responsible for driving retail sales, ensuring product availability, maintaining brand presence, and managing outlet performance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail or sales (FMCG/liquor preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage multiple retail outlets.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Note: The candidate should be open to working anywhere across Nepal.
