Department: F&B Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service.
Monitor Service staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
Assist in scheduling shifts and allocating duties to service staff.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams for timely replenishment of supplies.
Train, coach, and motivate employees to improve performance and service standards.
Prepare daily operational reports, sales summaries, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate billing practices are followed.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, sales targets, and overall business performance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of F&B Service, food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
