Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in café, hotel, or food & beverage management, with strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate café staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food, beverage, inventory, and daily sales.
Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards.
Handle staff scheduling, discipline, and performance.
Manage cash handling and daily operational records.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hotel, café, or similar establishment.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of café operations, food & beverage service, and inventory management.
Barista training or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
