Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our vibrant and inclusive team. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the experience to match, we want to hear from you!

  • Coordinate daily with the restaurant, coffee bar and bar of the Anamnagar Union House restaurant and banquet operations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize wastage / spoilage
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Provide orientation and training to the new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Organize and supervise shifts of the team members
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Collaborate with the Public Relations Head to deal with hall booking and ensure all management of the event
  • Ensure delivery of superior service and customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Conduct regular review product quality
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Other Specification

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant/banquet management experience
  • Must have knowledge of Restaurant management software knowledge
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Good communication skills including email correspondence
  • Bachelor degree in hotel management/business administration will be plus point
