  • Bachelor in Hotel Management or in Related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage division in 5 Star Hotel or in similar field.
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers.
  • Effective communication with both staff and customers.

Job Description

  • Responsible to oversee overall Restaurant Operation.
  • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. 
  • Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
