Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, innovative and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of our hotel. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You will report to the F&B Manager/Director and work closely with other members of the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the F&B and day-to-day operations, including menu creation, ordering, inventory management, budgeted guidelines, and staff scheduling
  • Manages and ensures proper preparation, including set-up of tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, etc.
  • Create and implement food and beverage menus that meet guest preferences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Make rounds of all food and beverage outlets to ensure guest needs are met
  • Identify guest’ needs, respond proactively to all of their concerns, and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Train and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and all F&B staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take steps to improve service where necessary.
  • Confirms that all service staff is in proper uniform and adhere to the appearance standards
  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external guest service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with other members of the management team to ensure the overall success of the restaurant/hotel
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
