Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Bagaicha Restaurant, your responsibilities will include:

Operations Management:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.

Customer Relations:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
