Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Restaurant Manager at Bagaicha Restaurant, your responsibilities will include:

Operations Management:

Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation standards.

Team Leadership:

Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Motivating team members to achieve performance targets.

Customer Relations:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Financial Management:

Creating and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability.
Analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-saving measures.
Developing pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
Utilizing social media and other channels to increase brand awareness and attract customers.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and executing business plans to achieve long-term growth objectives.
Identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Reporting:

Providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics, financial results, and operational updates.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Graduate in Hotel Management
Min 5 Years in a reputed restaurant or 5 Star Hotel
Fluent in Nepali & English
Good computer skills – especially MS Excel and knowledge of Restaurant POS systems
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
Proven track record of increasing restaurant profitability and efficiency.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
