Job Description

We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation by coordinating & communicating with various department in order to maintain productivity & quality of foods and service within the defined standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need extensive management & leadership skills and experience in both front and back of the house

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and define roles and responsibilities, of all department and define clear standards of each team, dept. or sections.
  • Coordinate with stock manager to research vendors /suppliers and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
  • Coordinate with stock manager to track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff when required.
  • Implement policies and protocols, code of conduct provided by management  
  • coordinate daily operation with various department of the restaurant.(foh,boh,store dept,admin)
  • Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with chef
  • Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with hygiene and  daily operating standards
  • Organize and supervise shifts based on demand of the customers need.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create various type detailed reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis as required by the management.
