Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Take the lead in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to oversee efficient and friendly service
Manage a team of staff, provide regular training and appraisals, organize weekly rotation, and approve holiday
Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality
Manage budgets and approve expenditures
Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
Establish standards for customer service
Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health, and safety regulations and guidelines
Keep and update relevant documents and records
Create reports for senior management.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Note:

Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum 5 years of experience in management.
Bachelor in Management or hospitality or relevant degree.
Understanding key knowledge of management principles – operation, accounting, and hospitality.
Developing recipes and determining how best to present dishes.
Dealing with suppliers and checking that the correct equipment has been delivered at the quoted prices.
Up to date on the modern trend of industry standards.
Creative/positive and open to new challenges.
