Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at Godawari Grand Silauta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our resort, while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
Manage and coordinate all staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest issues or complaints.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
Monitor and maintain resort facilities, equipment, and inventory.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, travel agents, and other industry professionals.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and competitors in order to make necessary adjustments to stay ahead of the market.
