Must have sound knowledge of marketing and management
Completion of bachelor degree.
This job requires communicating—both vocally and in writing—with employees, guests, and retailers.
Customer service skills.
Candidates must also be likable, continue to be pleasant in stressful circumstances, and be able to interact happily with a variety of personalities.

This job requires travelling.
Duties also include ordering supplies, marketing, and advertising, maintaining the budget, maintaining customer service, along with accommodating the needs of guests.
Other requirements resort manager must supervise all the subdivisions within the resort, such as cleaning, food and drink, upkeep, attractions, and guest services
Perform all task related to hiring and training staff
