Job Description

  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
  • Ensure full compliance to resort SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards
  • Sales oriented
  • A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
  • Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate.
  • Prepare a weekly or monthly reporting for the owners
  • Coordination with HOD's for the execution of all activities and functions.
  • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
  • Train and motivate staff
  • Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
  • Reservations. meet and greet customers
  • Operates Events, weddings, wellness spa and room nights in a smooth way
  • Deal with customer complaints and comments
  • Address problems and troubleshoot accordingly
  • Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
  • Deal with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure security is effective
  • Carry out inspections of property and services
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
