Job Description

Assess patient (student) health problems and needs
Give primary care including medicine
Keep a stock of primary care medicine and keep supervising their expiry time
Discard to be expired medicine on time
Keep record of medicine disburse, patient number visited in the clinic and procedures done to them
Look after the expiry of the medicine
Report to the consultant on regular basis about the status of patient
Take patient to hospital for the follow up
Provide hygiene care to the patient
Maintain medical records
Counsel patients and patient’s guardian on health maintenance and disease prevention
Other medical and health care tasks to be undertaken for the benefit of patients
