• At least Bachelor in related field
• Eager to learn and grow with the company
• Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience
• Extensive experience of Revit
• Excellent understanding of building design and guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
• Good communication with verbal and writing
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• And, able to write reports and extracts based on the plan and design

Job Description

• Design and plan building surrounding for a detached house double and single story
• Design including floor plans construction drawing plus the facade
• Able to use Revit as the main tool for design and knowledge of CAD is desirable but not essential
• Able to understand contour survey, Geotech survey topography, landfill and structure design concept and interpret
• Must be able to work autonomous and follow the design guidelines, and be a team player too
• Effective communication skills are required to liaise with Engineers, town planners and certifiers, and customers
• Sound wrote and writing skills, Plus able to understand the guidelines and scope
• The design does include, landscape, driveway, retaining wall, etc as well
• Able to document and write proposals of design based on the template and design guidelines
• Able to create the marketing floor plans and façade design as well
