Lumora Bhedetar is seeking an experienced and dedicated Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resort operations, maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily resort operations.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle guest relations professionally.
Supervise property maintenance and ensure the resort is well-maintained.
Manage financial and administrative operations efficiently.
Lead the team during emergencies and handle crisis situations effectively.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, BBA, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional guest service.
Experience in budgeting, operations, and staff management will be an advantage.
