Job Description

  • Provides required training to all staff members and evaluate all application tracking log and maintain accuracy in all details
  • Oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services.
  • Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversees property maintenance and appearances. Typically resides on the hotel property and responds to emergencies
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Conduct daily briefings
  • Prepare daily reports and send it to Executive Director
  • Strategy making, planning and executing them
  • Planning maintenance work, events and room booking
  • Forecast and managing budget
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Handle customer complaints and queries which are escalated to you
  • Promoting and Marketing the business
  • Responsible for Workplace Safety to represent hotel in all safety issues, investigations and concerns
  • Maintains highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of quality guest services and amenities, as well as addressing guests' complaints and resolving issues effectively regarding F&B Department
