Job Description

Update and upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Green Mansions
Assist in the execution of sales plans and strategies
Handling inquiries over the phone and email
Handling reservations of the resort and also communicating the same to the concerned departments seamlessly
Maintaining database of the travel agencies and corporate houses with all the rates
Ensure to achieve objectives of the organization
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination and co operation with all the departments of the hotel
Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Handling the Online Travel Agencies
Managing the social media

Other Benefit: (15000-20000) per month + Service charge
