Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of Experience in Airline Ticketing & Reservation
Experience is desirable at any reputed travel agencies using GDS
Should be well versed with AMADEUS GDS and should be able to work independently.
Should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali
Should be willing to learn, grow and work as a team

Job Description

Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures, and policies
Demonstrate and provide different options to clients
Make a creative idea that has helps to get the target
Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
Plan routes and compute ticket costs
Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by the customer
Contact with customers to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm the reservation
Provide the customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paperwork
Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
Follow up with the airline companies for refunds and capping tickets
Maintain PR with valuable clients
Maintain current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures of ticketing issues
