Job Description

  • Creating PNR's, Issuing Tickets, Re-scheduling, Hotel Bookings, Cancellations
  • Collecting & checking documents as per country-specific requirements 
  • Must meet targets set to achieve business 
  • Generate, maintain, and increase business with new and existing customers 
  • Identify and analyze market information and provide feedback to the supervisor 
  • Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS) 
  • Ticketing automated 
  • Handling of Groups and Allotments 
  • Distribution of price quotations and information 
  • Handling of end-consumer and trade inquiries via calls and emails 
  • Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel 
  • Handling BSP Link inquiries, e.g., ADM, ACM, Refunds 
  • Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally
