Job Description

Position: Reservation Executive for Bhutan Airlines

  • Strategic direction: Responsible for the strategic direction of the Sales/Reservation team in the assigned territories by defining the optimal way to increase sales/revenues through commercial actions and partnerships
  • Work on B3 revenue optimization: Structure and implement Sales/reservation team management plans to optimize B3’s revenue and presence in the market for key/strategic/national accounts, in close collaboration with head office and GSA
  • Sales & reservation strategy: Improve focus and alignment of key distribution channels in the assigned territory with B3 distribution / Sales & reservation strategy
  • B2B reservation strategies: Formulate and implement B2B reservation strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business
  • Monitor reservation performance: Monitor reservation performance and liaise closely with the Revenue/Pricing team to maximize overall profitability
  • Improving Relationship with trade partners: Manage the day-to-day relationship with sales partners/travel agencies including problem-solving a range of issues including customer service issues and ADM resolution
