Job Description:

Accurately process and confirm bookings while maintaining up-to-date records.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guests’ specific requirements.
Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and special requests promptly.
Prepare and analyze reservation reports to support operational efficiency.
