Requirements:

Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and familiarity with command type entry for reservation systems (i.e Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre)
Strong understanding of customer management in an airline environment
Experience in communicating with staff from different cultures and/or countries
Excellent communication skills having fluency in English (verbal and written)
Proactive and able to manage own workload effectively
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Reservations employee

Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
Be jointly responsible for updating reservations and for observing and implementing the pricing policy
Write outgoing invoices (customers), check incoming invoices (suppliers), handle deposits and monitor timelines of payment receipts
Assist Sales and Front Office teams at peak times
