We are looking for one Research Officers for each of the following Subsidiary of Muktinath Krishi Company Ltd. as below:

• Muktinath Fertilizer Bank Ltd. -1
• Muktinath Nursery Bank Ltd. -1
• Muktinath Livestock Bank Ltd.  -1
• Muktinath Herbal Bank Ltd. -1
• Muktinath Food Bank Ltd. -1
• Muktinath Agro Machinery Company Ltd. -1
• Muktinath Trading Ltd. -1

Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to analyze the import, export including domestic & international market size of the particular product segment of one of the subsidiary companies of Muktinath Krishi Company Ltd.
• To Identify and introduce new business opportunities, conduct analytical research and market innovation.
• Responsible for detail analysis, interpretation and recommendation for product introduction.
• Market research focused on field/client-based data for possible market development by company.
• Responsible for research throughout the Value Chain of particular product segment.
• Responsible for collecting information from Government institutions, Non-Government Institutions, Cooperatives, Farmers group and Companies and preparing reports.
• Work closely with different departments of company for the collection of secondary information.
• Act as a key person for the business incubation of particular product segment.
• Facilitate in developing training manuals and promotional materials useful for research.
• Respond and communicate with company clients to get the needed primary data.
• Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
• Maintain the company and process SOP’s at all level.
• Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
