Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI) is an independent national research institute in Nepal. NDRI’s objectives are to carry out research and academic activities on contemporary issues related to national development, and advancement of society and to provide substantive analytical inputs for policy making on contemporary issues through rigorous research and dissemination of findings.

NDRI is currently seeking candidates for the position of Research Associate (RA) for its Evidence for Innovation (E4I) Project funded by IDRC. The project seeks to generate new evidence on the performance and the distributional impacts of innovation support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nepal, promote collaboration between researchers and innovation agencies, and strengthen networks and capacity for analysis and implementation of innovation policies.

Required Minimum Education Qualification:

A Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Works, Economics, and/or Business.

Experience working in IDRC funded Projects will add value. Similarly, experience and knowledge in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion considerations will be an asset.
