Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist at Jay Shree Healthcare located in Birgunj. The Research and Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting nutraceuticals products research, planning and implementing of new products, analysing data, and creating reports. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy
Ability to Handle Nutraceuticals Product Process Validation
Ability to Prepare MFR,MPR & BOM
Ability to Prepare Protocol
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in research and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
