The organization was founded in 1990 by the Catholic Church to respond to the devastating floods and other natural disasters that occurred.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Agriculture Science with at least 2 years of experiences in field-based agriculture researches
Must have experience in program development, management and implementation
Must have good understanding on data analysis and technical report writing
Familiar with M&E techniques
Excellent communication skills-Spoken and written (Nepali and English)
Computer literacy – Word, Excel, Access
Candidate having previous experience in NGO sector will be preferred
