Job Description

Closely monitor, guide and direct the existing Regional Representatives (RRs) of the company
Collect and analyze the daily reports provided by RRs
Assist and guide RRs to achieve the target set for their respective regions
Research and build relationships with the existing and new agents/clients
Analyze and approve the new agents’ proposal to become agents of the company
Actively monitor each and every agent’s activities and motivate them to enhance the performance
Set up meetings between agents/client and company’s practice leaders/Principals
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new strategies for domestic business enhancement
Work with marketing staff to ensure that all the merchandising materials along with branding tools are fulfilled within a timely manner
