Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services.
Plans and participates in research projects.
Have strong knowledge in payment industry and regulator policy (NRB).
Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with various departments and group of companies.
Understand customer need, interest & expectation and develop a product. .
Determine and execute improved technology, new products, understand competitors and customers.
Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Operations and marketing team.
Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
Develop concepts, products and solutions by working closely with business units.
Documentation all phases of research and development.
Responsible to build the product and services that shall be cost effective, seamless and adoptable.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:Less than 35 years

Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be preferred. Professional Degree in Finance /Banking or equivalent.
Leadership and management skills, budgeting ability, communication and presentation skills, ingenuity and creativity.
Proven experience as a project manager.
Age not exceeding 35 years by end of December 2021

Key Skills/ Knowledge:Proficiency in MS-Office package.
