• Oversees the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services
• Plans and participates in research projects
• Have strong knowledge in payment industry and regulator policy (NRB)
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with various departments and group of companies
• Understand customer need, interest & expectation and develop a product
• Determine and execute improved technology, new products, understand competitors and customers
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Operations and marketing team
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by working closely with business units
• Documentation all phases of research and development
• Responsible to build the product and services that shall be cost effective, seamless and adoptable
