We are a team in Los Angeles, New York and Kathmandu looking for Senior Digital Product Designer - U/UX | Figma in Nepal to work with our team remotely. 

• 2-3 years of experience with Sketch and some of the following tools: Figma, Framer, Principle, Adobe Creative Studio, InVision, Balsamiq or equivalent wire-framing software 
• UX Research experience from a deeper user experience driving complex user behaviors
• The ADP User Experience Team in Pasadena, is looking for a mid-level UX Designer to help drive the future of the Compliance Solution Services suite of products
• Experience designing for the web and an understanding of the technology behind it (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
• As our next UX Designer you will be responsible for creating compelling, innovative design solutions that demonstrate the power and value of rich Internet experiences
• Translate requirements and deliver wireframes, logical flows, specifications, prototype, or high fidelity visually designs that are practical yet push boundaries 
• Experience applying user research to guide design decisions 
• Expert with Figma or Sketch Components, Auto layout, etc
