The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remarketing Specialist on board to support our Personal Lines team. This role is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance domain, particularly in the U.S. market. The primary responsibility involves re-shopping and re-quoting Personal Auto and Homeowners policies using various comparative rating platforms. Prior experience in U.S. insurance is not required; however, a strong interest in mastering new tools and processes is essential.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize rating platforms such as QuoteRush, EZLynx, and Applied Rater to input client data and generate competitive quotes.
• Re-market existing policies to identify improved pricing or coverage options, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
• Analyze and compare quotes across carriers to support informed decision-making by account managers and producers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quote results, carrier feedback, and final selections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client retention and service delivery.
• Work closely with the Products Team to provide feedback, support tool enhancements, and ensure alignment between remarketing workflows and platform capabilities.
• Ensure all remarketing activities adhere to underwriting guidelines and internal quality standards.
