Job Description

Relationship Managers are expected to possess strong sales driven and great hunger for sales, marketing, relationship management and customer experience enrichments and are responsible for impeccable execution of related strategies. Relationship Manager should have the ability to support the Branch Manager in leading the branch towards generating new business and identifying opportunities for higher growth and should have strong interpersonal skills & abilities to build rapport with customers. 

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Officer/Junior Officer

  • Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of banking experience in the related field/area. 
  • Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of July 24, 2019

Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor/Senior Assistant

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of banking experience in related field/area.
  • Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of July 24, 2019. 

Job grade shall be determined based on the previous experience in related field of the candidate. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
