Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking a professional and outgoing candidate to join as a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, tech-friendly and skilled at managing both a team and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team to achieve targets and performance goals
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders
Monitor and manage team performance
Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 27 years

Presentable and professional.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken English.
Candidates should be willing to commit to a minimum of 3 years in the role.
Outgoing, people-oriented, and able to build strong relationships.
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.
Result and target-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate subordinates.
Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.

Note:

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Candidates should reside within 15 km of Dillibazar to ensure ease of commuting.
