Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in the Hotels, Resorts, and Restaurant sector. This is a mid-level position, which will require the candidate to possess excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing relationships within the hospitality industry and stakeholders on the organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders of the organization.
  • Create one point bridge between Hotel and Stakeholders. Deal with issues and find solution that best suites the stakeholders.
  • Understand preference of individual stakeholder, maintain proper records of the preference and cater according to the preference of the stakeholders.
  • Maintain good relationship with the clientele of the stakeholders. 
  • Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve targets 
  • Estlish and maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry.  
  • Prepare and present progress reports and sales forecasts to the management team.
