Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in the Hotels, Resorts, and Restaurant sector. This is a mid-level position, which will require the candidate to possess excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing relationships within the hospitality industry and stakeholders on the organization.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders of the organization.
Create one point bridge between Hotel and Stakeholders. Deal with issues and find solution that best suites the stakeholders.
Understand preference of individual stakeholder, maintain proper records of the preference and cater according to the preference of the stakeholders.
Maintain good relationship with the clientele of the stakeholders.
Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve targets
Estlish and maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry.
Prepare and present progress reports and sales forecasts to the management team.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Relationship Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Hotels, Resorts, and Restaurants industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships
Business acumen with a strategic mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Skills Required:

Requires High level of interpersonal and management skills
Need to have high level of emotional intelligence.
Be able to use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Google and Meta App.
