Job Description

Primarily responsible for personalised support to Mortgage Advisors in a well-organised and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the advisor’s working life and communication. You will be focused on relationship building with different internal and external stakeholders, lender representatives, and/or prospective clients:

  • Provide general administration and relationship-building support to the Mortgage Advisors;
  • Act as the point of contact between the advisor and internal/external stakeholders as needed;
  • Develop strong internal relationships with different teams within the business;
  • Partner and collaborate with lender representatives and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of our services to clients;
  • Assist with gathering data information and documentation needed for the client’s loan application;
  • Communicate with lenders and clients to clarify key details as necessary;
  • Provide timely and periodic updates regarding loan applications and respond to all enquiries and tasks promptly and accurately;
  • Produce meeting minutes, reports, presentations and briefs as needed;
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments as needed;
  • Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Mortgage Advisor

  • Experience working with Australians will be an advantage;
