Job Description

  • Coordinate and interact with prospective customers to constantly grow sales of insurance products and portfolio
  • Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies for placement of risks via treaty and facultative.
  • Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Perform constant visits with in the market to develop and create new business avenues
  • Identify client requirement and make them aware of the nature of services offered
  • Perform proper and regular follow-up with the leads generated to meet sales target
  • Keep record of the daily follow-ups and report to the supervisor on business developments and leads conversion
  • Understand customer need and guide them for proper Reinsurance plans.
  • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary examinations and completion of appropriate forms
  • Act pro-active in providing better services to the customers
  • Other duties as required
