Job Description

Provide clinical care services in an appropriate direction and to enhance and nurture SMH standard of clinical care through available human resources
Assist to the HOD Gynae/Obs. for mobilizing and managing medical team; including Obs./Gynae OPD, IPD and Operation Theater. Maintain leadership role in absence of HOD
Supervise and train junior medical officers, nurses and paramedics and conduct CME classes
Perform duties on call as and when needed
Be responsible to assure that diagnostic services are effectively administrated
Maintain confidentiality, trust building, good relationship with concerned department, SMF staff and visiting patients and empathy for Bhaktapur community and its surrounding effectively and comfortably
Maintain good relationship with Pediatric Department and diagnostic Unit
Be responsible for any damages caused on personal reason
Make sure up-to-date of patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results, high risk consent and other essential document
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
Monitor patients' condition and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed
To participate in health camp, outreach program and outreach clinic whenever needed
Help to Manager for hospital program planning, implementation and monitoring
Attend internal and external meeting as and when needed
Involve in research project works as needed
Provide technical inputs for hospital management team
