Job Description

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at meeting sales targets and expanding market presence within the cement sector.
  • Aid in the identification and cultivation of potential clients and pivotal accounts, actively fostering and nurturing strong professional relationships with them.
  • Assist the Sales HOD in the preparation and delivery of sales pitches, proposals, and contractual agreements to clients.
  • Provide Guidance and Support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team by coordinating their activities, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication channels within the department.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of promotional initiatives, pricing structures, and product positioning strategies to optimize sales revenue.
  • Liaise with various departments, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and prompt delivery of products to clientele.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators, generate regular reports, and offer actionable insights to management to inform decision-making processes.
  • Support the implementation of training and development initiatives for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service proficiency.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines to adeptly adjust sales approaches and strategies as required.
