Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing sales program for achieving a target
Overseeing and conducting market research
Developing and implementing sales strategic and product knowledge
Make growth on the existing area and penetrate the new area
Develop distribution Channel
Manage and monitor the sales team
Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding sales performance
Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
Develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals
Route planning for the Junior sales team
Dealers visit every month making route

Note:

Preference shall be given to local candidates with prior experience in the FMCG industry.
Candidates must have two wheelers with valid license.
