Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, your main goal is to drive sales growth by leading your team effectively. You'll be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and ensure our presence in the market. Additionally, you'll coach and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Boosting Sales:

  • Set achievable sales targets and devise plans to meet them
  • Focus on increasing sales month by month
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand distribution

2. Growing Market Share:

  • Implement marketing strategies effectively
  • Coordinate with brand managers
  • Keep an eye on competitors' activities

3. Cost Management:

  • Plan trade promotions wisely
  • Manage redistribution costs within budget
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and claims

4. Resource Management:

  • Keep the team motivated and focused
  • Ensure distributors are also motivated and professional

5. Operations and Execution:

  • Manage distributors' accounts and payments
  • Monitor sales van operations
  • Supervise subordinates' attendance and leave

6. Product Knowledge:

  • Understand our products and production processes
  • Stay updated on competitors' products

7. Utilization of Marketing Tools:

  •  Improve product visibility in outlets
  •  Conduct surveys when necessary

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve sales targets and growth
  • Increase market share through effective marketing

Minimum Requirements:
