Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager is required for heading the sales of various FMCG brands in Nepal. Overall responsibility include achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective  Region, maintaining proper reporting, gathering market data to ensure achievement of company’s business  objectives and strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing & growing distributors 
  • Marketing of FMCG products to both B2B and B2C 
  • Achieving sales target by directing coaching and controlling the activities of the sales team  (Company & Distributor) to ensure maximum brand exposure and yield 
  • Work with other team members, key customers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth  opportunities
  • Implement all market activation activities in order to achieve impact at point of purchase
  • Working with senior management team for branch pricing, developing an annual marketing plan and conducting market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide plan to market and sell products while working with  all departments for its execution
