Job Description

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the sales of our product. You will be in charge of managing regional sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and should be able to show a growth strategy.

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area


  • Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System
  • Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work
  • Should be able to show a growth strategy
  • Design a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast
  • Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status
  • Thinking Strategically, seeing the bigger picture in order to develop and improve business
  • Follow up with an entrepreneur and brick kiln owner setting up a meeting to communicate technology
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion
