Requirements:

Must have at least 4 years working experience in mid level with marketing/sales as the core focus.
Must possess experience in handling dealer modality sales network.
Candidate with relevant experience in the related sales/marketing field will be given priority. Related field refers to: Plastic Pipes and Fittings Business, Paint Business, Cement Business, Sanitaryware Business.
Must be able to carter with market requirements and sentiments.
Ability to come up with market plans according to requirement and location specific nature and implement them.
Ability to judge and make proactive decisions about market requirements on priority basis,
Must come up with quarterly performance report of his territory and make future plans accordingly.
Provide clear and timely instructions for his marketing team and come up with reports.
Provide timely reports to the company on behalf of his/her marketing team.
Able to handle mass social (technician) gatherings along with presentation skills.
Must possess adequate insight on sales forecasts and set the targets accordingly for his team.
