Overall, Roles and responsibilities:
- Should be the key person to implement company policy, plan, and activities within the region in the best possible way.
- Overall responsible for day-to-day operations including Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development in the region.
- Assist the Regional Business & Operation Manager on all levels of planning and responsibility to apply those plans in the best possible way in the region.
- Regional-level coordination with Government bodies, non-government organizations, Universities partner companies/organizations, cooperatives, and other associated entities.
- Overall responsible for mapping the field requirements of seeds, fertilizer, machinery, and credit facility, and making a development, supply, and extension plan accordingly.
- Responsible to see the production and processing industries' establishment opportunities in the region.
- Scheduling of production, collection, marketing and sales opportunities, and other tasks so that all activities are accomplished in real-time.
- Formulate and maintain business opportunities.
- Track the regional budget expenses as per the plan.
- To explore investment and new business opportunities.
- Explore the company vision, and mission and create an investment opportunity from Government bodies, Non-Government Organizations, and other associated bodies.
- Supply chain management from farm to end market.
- Responsible for market promotion, and brand promotion for available products and services.
- Cooperative network development from production level to marketing.
- Take a vendor’s feedback and make a plan to resolve those issues.
Business Growth Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall planning, implementing, tracking, and achieving the annual/periodic sales target of the company maintaining the approved margin of the company under the standard sales policy of the Company.
- To mobilize Agriculture Resource Centre (ARC)/Distributor/Dealer/Agro vet including existing dealers and other possible sales destinations for periodic sales planning, placement of products, application of schemes, and payback from the market of working areas.
- Responsible for implementing sales activities including sharing of sales schemes and other promotional materials to the business associates in working areas.
- You shall be responsible for checking the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats of the business associates (ARC/Distributor/Dealer/Agrovet & others) and responsible for acting & enhancing the business relationship accordingly ensuring the payment collection in time.
- To compile all business activities & generate periodic reports in the prescribed format.
- Coordination with the sourcing/purchase team to collect local food products & local seeds from the working area ensuring quality.
- Planning Scheduling and promoting office events including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientation, and training sessions.
- To establish new distributors, dealers, and agro vets networks throughout working areas as per annual target.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plan for necessary budget management.
- Cooperative network development for structural sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate and provide feedback to the supervisor for the addition of new products in the portfolio and the availability of the products in time.
- Cooperate & coordinate with the sales head.
- Responsible for feedback collection from clients and way out the possible solutions of it.
- Ensure sales achievement as per target/plan.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
