Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales and operations within the Kathmandu region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales targets, managing teams, developing new business, and ensuring smooth regional operations in line with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive and achieve regional sales targets, contributing to overall market share growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealer/distributor expansions.

B. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and supervise Area Managers, Territory Managers, and sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate regional team members to ensure performance excellence.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through mentoring, coaching, and clear goal-setting.

C. Operations Management:

  • Oversee the performance and efficiency of regional branches or channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Manage inventory, distribution, and logistics activities within the region.

D. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and institutional partners.
  • Address escalated client issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain service quality and responsiveness.

E. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, promotions, and regional improvements.
