Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance
Understanding of store operations
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
At least Bachelor degree in Management/ Business Administration or relevant field

Visiting store locations
Working with store managers
Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
Evaluate store and individual performances
Report on regional sales results and other operations issues to Central Office
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Assessing the productivity and achievements of the stores
Recommending changes
Mentoring employees
Implementing and enforcing company regulations
Planning and coordinate sales training sessions
Recruiting, interviewing employees
Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
Attending conferences, events and meetings
Leading by example
Preparing, reviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure
Focus should be also on Inventory Management and counting as it is integral part of our business
