Job Description

  • Run the entire sales team’s dealerships to the specified region.
  • Responsible for developing campaigns, marketing plans and other effective techniques for company to excel among the rest
  • Aside from thinking of innovative ways to sell vehicles , maintaining the allotted budget
  • Mastering the features of all vehicles in their lot
  • Entertaining vehicle buyers and handling customer complaints or inquiries
  • Complete vehicle inventories, sales reports and invoices, and other documents released under his/her watch
  • Create new leads & aggressively grow & retain the market share
  • Following potential leads and managing vehicle sales
  • Communicating with potential buyers to understand their needs
  • Leverage his/her relationships with corporates to pitch company's Two-Wheeler to the market
  • Ability to network and create working relationships with Corporate Clients
  • Develop vendor relationships with existing & future vendors
  • Assign & monitor performance of the existing team members
  • Fluent with MS Office functions (PPT, EXCEL & MS Word)
