Job Description

  • To lead, manage and improve operations for all Hubs within the designated area/region to make last mile the best one in terms of both cost and service quality. 
  • Formulate and take overall ownership of Hub Operation’s overall developmental strategies. 
  • Create and lead the execution of key initiatives that will improve the performance. 
  • Streamline policies, standard operating procedures, and high-level processes of Hub Operations. 
  • Take responsibility of reporting on budgets, manpower, costing in line with Daraz requirements in line with growth projections. 
  • Ensure standardization in implementation of the best processes for most efficient operating practices. 
  • Be a focal point for innovation, through idea collection in collaboration. 
  • Provide recommendations for logistics-related initiatives and tools that will assist further improvements in logistics performance
