Job Description

  • Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target of the new branch / new area
  • Ensure timely response to needs of new branch / new area.
  • Guide, help, and train new branch staff.
  • Office set up.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Evaluate new branch /area staff’s individual performance.
  • Plan for acquisition/growth and revenue for new branch /area.
  • Analyze new area market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Suggest new product as per new branch/area requirement.
  • Good financial skills to guide branches to run in a highly cost-effective way.
